We ship to U.S. addresses via standard carriers. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

Tracking is provided when available. You'll receive email updates with tracking information once your order ships.
Local Pickup
Local pickup on Nantucket is available. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we'll email pickup details.
Processing Time
Most orders ship in 2–4 business days with tracking. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship same day.
Shipping Delays & Liability
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ACK iPhone Repair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
